Ministry Teams at City Presbyterian Church are a way for people to work in fellowship and get involved in the church. It is a place where people are able to use their gifts, whether it is repairing the building, mercy, children or technology, to help serve the church. Our ministry teams are listed below.
Welcome Team - The welcome team helps with set-up on Sunday mornings and keeps a watchful eye for anyone who may need help throughout the service. Welcome team is also in charge of greeting a welcoming those who walk through our doors! During Covid, welcome team has played an important role in implimenting safety measure at church.
Nursery & Toddler - Nursery volunteers help care for the littlest ones while their parents are in service. Email email@example.com for more information!
Preschool - In Preschool, volunteers have a set curriculum to follow as they teach these little ones. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information!
Children's - Children's ministry leaders exit service just before the sermon with children grades K-4th and follow a set curriculum until it is time to head back into service for communion with their families. Email email@example.com for more information!
Hospitality - Hospitality members set out coffee and snacks and make sure the church looks welcoming! They help Crew greet people by the front as they walk in.
Communion - Help set up our communion table before the service!
Blog - If you enjoy writing, we love to have people to write sermon reflections that are shared in our weekly newsletters and on our website.
Design Team - If you are interested in thinking about changes and decorations to add during different seasons (ie. Christmas decor!) we could use your help on the Design Team!
Music/Audio - If you sing, play an instrument, or would be interested in helping with audio or powerpoint on Sundays, let us know!
