Our children are cherished and important members of the covenant community, and City Pres is deeply committed to both their spiritual and physical nurturing. To ensure your child’s safety and your peace of mind, we conduct background checks on all workers involved in children’s ministries. On Sunday mornings, we offer the following sessions for infants, toddlers, and young children:

NURSERY (birth to two years)

City Pres provides a nursery so that parents with infants and toddlers can worship without their distraction. Our goal is to maintain a safe, healthy and happy atmosphere with age-appropriate toys and watchful, loving supervision. Available during the worship service, the nursery is always staffed with two adults who have successfully completed a background check. 

PRESCHOOL ROOM (two to four year olds)

City Pres provides a preschool so that parents with preschoolers can worship without their distraction. Our goal is to maintain a safe, healthy and happy atmosphere with age-appropriate toys and watchful, loving supervision. Preschool is available during the worship service, and the kids are taught a brief Bible lesson and activity.

CHILDREN’S CHURCH (Elementary School) 

Children K to 4th grade begin with parents in the worship service and are dismissed prior to the sermon for Children’s Church every Sunday. Children's Church provides a space to teach God’s Word and apply it, build community, and share Christ’s love. Children’s Church is always staffed with an adult who has successfully completed a background check.
