This Sunday, January 3 is the last official day of our Christmas offering.  Things have been going incredibly well, and I can't wait to unveil our final total.  We will continue to receive gifts earmarked for the Christmas offering or pledges into 2016, you can give online or mark your checks, but we own't ahave the Christmas offering basket out as part of our offering.  

I also want to encourage you to share your impossible prayer request by writing it down on a 3X5 card and placing it in the Christmas Offering basket.  What are you hoping for and dreaming about in 2016?  Are you afraid to ask?  Are you worried about sharing and not receiving or possilby just asking, it seems so selfish and needy?  Asking is one way we abide with Christ, and dependence is the way forward for children of God's kingdom.  This week consider sharing your request.
