Anyone who serves in any capacity at City Pres is invited to this conference style leadership retreat. That means whether you are playing in the worship band, hosting a City Group, teaching little ones, making coffee, or anything in between- this conference is for you! 

This year Randy Nabors is joining us for a weekend of teaching and encouragement. Nabors is an awesome PCA Pastor with a refreshing vision for mercy ministry and we cannot wait to welcome him to our church for the weekend. 

The schedule for the weekend is as follows: 

Friday August 10th 7-9pm - Everyone! (All Staff, Elders, Elder Trainees, Deacons, Volunteers, and the Congregation)

• Breakfast & lunch will be provided for this group.
• Randy Nabors will share about our mission and ministry as a church that desires to love our city well. 
• There will not be childcare for this morning session. Please arrange for childcare or let Emily or Taeler know if this is an obstacle to your attendance.

Saturday August 11th 1- 4pm - All Staff, Elders, Elder Trainees, Deacons, Volunteers

• Childcare will be provided during the afternoon sessions. 
• Light snacks will be available throughout the afternoon.
• Randy will speak from 1-2pm, and then we will address in house church business including Children's Ministry Updates, City Group Updates, Men's & Women's Ministry Updates, an Emergency Action Plan, & will end in a time of prayer.

Sunday August 12th 10am - Everyone!

• Randy Nabors will be preaching Sunday morning to wrap up his time with us.
